ACC Advocacy Leadership Academy

ACC Advocacy Academy Logo

The ACC Advocacy Leadership Academy is a six-month program designed to develop current and future leaders within ACC member companies to provide them with a strong foundation and skills for advocating on behalf of their organizations and the business of chemistry. Participants will learn from experienced speakers each month that have spent their careers in politics government affairs, advocacy, public affairs, and communications. Each month focuses on a different advocacy related topic conducted virtually with the program concluding in September with a Washington D.C. Fly-In graduation and day on Capitol Hill meeting with policymakers.

Advancing Diversity in Emerging Leaders (ADEL)

Advancing Diversity in Emerging Leaders

Advancing Diversity in Emerging Leaders is a two-year, cohort-based program which facilitates the development of emerging, high-potential, and diverse leaders as tomorrow’s potential senior-level executives. ADEL provides participants access to leadership training, skills development, mentorship, and peer-to-peer engagement. The program is open for mid-level ACC member company staff with at least 10 years of work experience who are currently positioned or have potential for a senior-level role. ACC partners with leadership programs and deploys skill assessment tools to foster development of the program participants.
