Nacole B. Hinton
Vice President, Human Resources & Administration, American Chemistry Council
As Vice President, Human Resources & Administration, Nacole oversees the American Chemistry Council’s (ACC) Human Resources, Information Technology, and Business Services functions as well as guides the creation and execution of ACC’s people strategies, programs and initiatives. Primary among her responsibilities is the development of tools and systems to provide critical operational information to the staff of ACC, for purposes of making actionable strategic and operational decisions. Nacole also serves as the plan administrator for ACC’s retirement savings plan and other broad-based welfare plans.
Prior to joining ACC, Nacole was a Principal with PRM Consulting Group, Inc. where she served as Performance Management Practice Leader with executive level involvement in the development and coordination of long-range strategies to achieve business growth and enhanced profitability in the not-for-profit and government market sectors. Previously Nacole was National Vice President of Human Resources for the American Diabetes Association, where she managed the Association’s $66 million employee budget and served as plan administrator for the organization’s retirement and welfare plans.
Earlier in her career, Nacole was a Senior Consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers where she assisted clients in improving performance by developing business and technological solutions that provided increased efficiency and productivity. Nacole began her career with GEICO, Inc., as a Benefits Analyst.
A former Human Resources Professional Excellence Award honoree, Nacole earned both an MBA in finance and a BBA in business management from Howard University.
